Will commodity cheese etc. be more available now?

I don't know the ins and outs -- but I would like to see the natives of the United States become Americans of native heritage. In Michigan, they've become nothing more than a gambling coalition -- if the native isn't of a given tribe, they don't belong to the "family". Reservation stands for government support or payola in accordance with tribe.
