Wallpaper changing software for **CELL PHONES**???

Am I just crazy? I know I have seen wallpaper that changes automatically with the time of day....on cell phones before. I also found like, a zillion wallpaper changer software programs for desktop PC's. Does this type of software exisist for CELL-PHONES?
