I'm really uncomfortable around my roommate? what to do?

i'm 20, in college, and he is beyond feminine. he makes most women look extremely butch, no joke. he's really awkward to be around because he prances around in hit tight shorts and takes off his clothes and tries on other ones as if noone else is even around. he comes out of the shower in just these tight underwear and walks around like that for like half an hour, it's so uncomfortable and i'm trying to be politically correct or whatever but i find myself thinking "my god, this guy is such a nosey ******, it's ridiculous" ......... what should i do?
