Where can i get paternity test results if it went to court?

my current boyfriend had a little incident in high school where a girl he was dating at the time claimed to be pregnant with his baby. the story as is told by my boyfriend, is she took him to court 2 years after the baby was born. he says he got the results and he was not the father on the day of court she didn't show so the case was dismissed. now this was when he was 20. now that i am with him he is 25 and i am hearing stories that the girl is still claiming he is the father. i asked my bf if he has the paper with the results but being that it was yrs ago he lost the papers. her story is that he never took the dna test. so i talked to my bf and he says we will get the court papers saying he is not the father to prove this. im pretty serious with my bf and we plan to marry i just dont want some random kid popping up saying hes my bf kid so what i need to ask is where can we go get these papers? directly to the courthouse? would they still have them?
