What is the game title of a shooter in playstation 1 where you battle giant bugs(bees, spiders,ants)?

and your space craft looks like a green triangular hovercraft that has two cannons on each side, you battle with giant insects, save the village,people from the insects by carrying them to your base... the insect came from this one big nest that is violet or purple in color that has blood poping at the top like a volcano... i cant remember its title arrrrrrghhh.. help please =)
