Please help im so worried?

when im on my periods i seem to not realize whn i need the toilet and i end up peeing my pants it is super embarrasing and happends every time i dont know what i am supposed to do i havnt told mum or dad yet because last time i told them something like this they freeked out and my mum isnt very well at the moment and stress would only make her worse im scared , last time i had my period i wet my pants in front of the whole cl, and some guy who hates me thaught it was funny to buy me a huggies diaper and give it to me in cl my teacher just sat there with a smirk on her face im 13 please help
