Need an Advice??

What do u think of cooking meat in the oven? Has anyone done this before? This is an idea i just came up with.. Um, i already added seasoning on to it, i put onion (cut them in tiny pieces) i also put a little tiny bit of cooking wine.. So i was thinking of making it in the oven? Or do u think is not wise to? Help any idea? I also made yellow rice from last nite.Do u suggest i make white rice or keep the yellow rice? Helppp...
