Does anyone have the blackk bean soup recipe from catfish hunter's diabetic cookbook by upjohn co?

This was a great little cookbook with some fabulous recipes. My copy was distributed by Lifescan - a diabetic blood meter company. It was/is a compilation of recipes by Catfish Hunter (baseball hall of famer) who is a diabetic. I loaned it out to someone and forgot who so now I cant find it! Does anyone have this free handout? If so, what is the recipe for the black bean soup? I remember ingredients of Black Beans, Chicken Broth, Celery, Cheyenne Pepper, Sour Cream....
